Harassment

R v H (2019) – We represented both defendants – a husband and wife – who were jointly charged with harassment of their next-door neighbours following a long-standing neighbour dispute over five years which involved cross-allegations of spying, stalking, sabotage, online surveillance and video-recording, and had escalated to threats of violence. Both Defendants were unanimously found not guilty of all charges following a two week trial featuring hours of recorded footage and thousands of pages of phone messages.
