Non-Molestation or Occupation Orders
Non-molestation and Occupation Orders can be applied for without notice to the other party involved should you require an emergency application. Either of these orders can protect you should you suffer violence or the threat of violence within a domestic setting. An Occupation Order can set out who is permitted to live at a property and can remove others from the property and prevent their return.
Whether you wish to apply for a non-molestation or occupation order or defend an application which has been made or granted, it is important that you obtain legal advice at the earliest opportunity to ensure you are properly represented and so that all the facts can be presented to the court.
