Private Funding

In most circumstances we are prepared to work on a fixed fee basis, with our fee being calculated on the amount of work necessary to prepare your case.

At the conclusion of your case, should you be successful in defending your case or bringing your claim, it may be possible to obtain all or part of the fees you have paid. In these circumstances we will advise you on how to seek reimbursement.

Alternative Funding

We hold a Legal Aid Agency contract for criminal investigations and proceedings. Please contact us to discuss eligibility for public funding on any criminal matter. If you have union membership or legal expenses insurance, the cost of your representation may be covered.

Where such funding is available, we will advise and assist your in obtaining such funding.
